Dental professionals volunteer their time and expertise to provide care for those who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment.  Services include general dentistry in the form of x-rays, fillings and extractions.
Appointments are required and can be made by calling the dental clinic.

Clinic Personnel
Several local dentists generously donate their time to serve qualifying patients in need of dental care. Additional staff at the clinic includes: a dental coordinator, a dental assistant, and a dental hygienist.

  • Patient must be 21 years of age or older
  • Patients must be Nassau County residents
  • Photo identification is required
  • Social Security cards are required for every member of the family
  • Proof of income for the entire household is required.
  • Patients must bring medicaid card, if applicable

          Patients who have Medicaid are eligible for services through the dental clinic's self pay program. This means that clients will be held responsible for the payment of all services they receive. Please refer to the fee schedule below for current rates. Please note that the dental clinic does NOT bill Medicare for any services provided, and Medicaid is not responsible for any fees incurred.
